This is a normal occurrence in Texas properties and is not indicative of poor housekeeping or property conditions. The property is regularly serviced by a licensed pest control provider. As such, no refunds, credits, or relocations will be issued due to the presence of common pests. If a guest believes an infestation exists, the guest must submit a written request for a third-party licensed pest control inspection. Should the inspection confirm no infestation is present, the guest will be solely responsible for the cost of the inspection and any associated service fees. If an infestation is confirmed, management will take appropriate remediation steps.
