Matt and Carissa have a beautiful place and did a great job making this feel like a home away from home for us. The kids gave it 5 stars because it has an arcade! We loved the space, the layout, the attention to detail. It was a nice walk to the beach which was not crowded during our visit, making it more relaxing.

My friends and I came down for the Rodeo and wanted a place that could host 5 girls comfortably, that was not too far from NRG. Carissa and Matt’s home was perfect. It was a ~12 minute drive to and from the Rodeo. The neighborhood is quiet and the backyard is extremely peaceful. Would stay here again.

The little cozy remodeled beach house was just perfect! The attention to detail was immaculate and well done. We ended up there for a spring break cold front and the heaters worked great and the kids loved the Arcade!

This house was great! Very clean and accommodative for our larger group. The location is perfect if you are making plans for activities in downtown Houston. We would definitely stay there again.

We loved Matt's and Carissa's place. It was exactly how it was in the photos. Matt was very responsive evertime we had a question. House was spotless. Very safe and quiet and peaceful neighborhood. We atayed 6 days with our kids and it was a great experience. I highly recommend Matt and Carissa's place.

Carissa and Matt were incredibly accommodating hosts. Their home is beautiful and felt like an actual home, not just a rental. Plenty of space for everyone in our group. Would absolutely stay here again and recommend to anyone visiting the area.

Wonderful Stay! Highly recommend! I had an amazing experience at this property! The space was spotless, beautifully decorated, and exactly as described in the listing. The location was perfect quiet and relaxing! The host was incredibly responsive and made check-in and check-out seamless. I especially appreciated the thoughtful touches like fresh towels and local recommendations. This place was amazing. Plenty of space, so incredibly clean, far enough away from the crowds but close enough to get everything you need. I’ll definitely be staying again!
